After 19 years in corporate recruiting, I realized the parts of my work I loved most were the same skills that naturally carried into design: listening, understanding people’s needs, and helping them feel confident in their decisions.
That realization led me to create Linzey Weber Design.
My Story
My passion for design started at home - refreshing rooms, organizing spaces, and exploring how small changes can completely transform the way a home feels.
Over time, that passion grew into a business focused on helping homeowners create spaces that feel intentional, personal, and livable.
